Kurei Lightning WIP

Name of Power: Static Zone
Image of what it does:
Strengths: Creates a small static dome that disrupts creation of channeled abilities, nullifies skills currently in use for 3 posts. Can reabsorb the remaining lightning.
weaknesses: Doesn't affect lightning based characters unless using a source none other than lightning.
Costs 3 billion joules, tick 1 billion each turn. Requires Raitoningu ~ Mode

Name of Power: Flash Step
Image of what it does:
Strengths: A step faster then lightning.
weaknesses:  Costs 2 Billion joules per use. 10 post cool down .Requires Raitoningu ~ Mode


Name of Power: Final Flash
Image of what it does:
Strengths: Quickly sends a giant lightning arrow paralyzing and blinding its target for 3 posts due to the huge amount of electrical current running through the persons being. Can be used as a execution attack if they're low.
weaknesses: Costs 7 billion  joules to use. Doesnt affect lightning based characters. Causes a BRIGHT light that anyone in the location would be able to see for one second. Requires Raitoningu ~ Mode


Name of Power: Lightning transmutation ~ Angel
Image of what it does: Everything looks yellow/golden instead of blue as lightning normally is.
Strengths: Transform lightning into Angel Lightning. Double effects potential capabilities.
weaknesses:  joules cost are tripled. Requires Raitoningu ~ Mode


Name of Power: Lightning Clearance
Image of what it does:
Strengths: Clap that shoots out streams of lightning mixed with Kurei's own PURE energy. Disallowing any lightning based characters or people to withstand. It push out any one within 5 feet of him. Hurts like being struck by lightning. Can only hit 3 targets.
weaknesses: 3 Billion joules per use. Can preform 1 in every 20 posts. Requires Raitoningu ~ Mode


Name of Power: Call of Thunder
Image of what it does:
Strengths: Calls forth a Angel strike, clears the sky as he raises into the air and gets struck by it. Recharinging him 5 posts with Angel Lightning.
weaknesses: Must raise to the sky, awaits 3 posts in the sky for it to strike. Must be have Dispel bound to attract the lightning.  Can only use once per Topic.

Final flash- needs a long cooldown

Lightening clearence needs to be 1-20
