Nikolai used his speed to narrowly avoid that cannon. Afterwards, he prepared a surge of fire.

I use wind cannon to subtract the distance very rapidly. While, I fly a feet or 2 from the ground, I unleash a fireball in his direction.

Nikolai started running after Tom, and decided to aim a flamethrow at his face.

We were basically charging at each-other now. I decide to use wind magic this time. I start spinning in wind cannon in order to create enough momentum to create a wind blade. "Let's see fire stop this!". I aim the trajectory of the blade towards him.

The attacks make contact with each-other, causing a massive explosion. "Whoa!" I am knocked away. I get up. "That certainly is some explosive power...I think I've gotten the hang of this fire manipulation" I smirk
