Ryun's New Ability

Name of Power: Drakonian Release
Image of what it does: Markings start to glow silver among the body of the user, giving the user the stated bonuses below.
Strengths: Doubles Durations, Halves Cooldowns
Weaknesses: Last 3 Posts, 1 per Fight.

For example of how this would work with a ability that would outlast this modes duration:
Metal Forming is a perfect example. Normally it would last 10 post and has a cooldown of 3. If I were to use it, I would have the 20 post duration but since  Release ended before Forming did, I would have to wait the 3post cooldown.
For anything that would have a cooldown that would enter decimals would round up tot he nearest whole number(if the occurrence would to happen.)
