A hidden house?

Deep within the forest along a far off river inside there is a small smoke stack the smoke stack comes from a house which is owned by none other than the hulking merchant Karnov and his assistant Shrade. Karnov has made it so he wouldn't need to go far for any materials for he made himself a forge to craft his weapons and armor as well as a large garden for fresh picked foods of all sorts. The home of a man with a big heart and a heart big enough for all to shelter those in need although what could come of this only time shall tell.

"Karnov I got the fruits and vegetables what do you want me to make for dinner?" Shrade walked over to the forge as Karnov was busily at work forging a new sword. "Hmm do what ya feel ish good boyo" and with that Karnov went back to shaping the sword. Shrade sighed as he went inside the house and started preping and cooking the food for dinner "geez that man always difficult to get a proper opinion out of him"

The trio reach the cabin finding it void of any owners but the forge still hot and plants watered, Kenta carries albel inside and sets him in a chair as i step outside back to asteel.

*very uncomfortable, stands and fidgets with her tail* .... w-what is my purpose here-? you bring a succubus to a cabin in the woods...

Kenta pinches her nose "he's annoyed, we could have had him but...someoen else showed up and stopped the fight, last thing i want is a friend to get hurt because of my fight" Looks away and sighs, "did you...did you kill that mans sister? or do you not remember?"

....i-i fear i must have.... if the other-me said so... sh-she even said i ate- *clutches her stomach and nearly gets sick at the thought, glad she doesn't have the memory of it*

Kenta lightly rubs asteels back in case she does vomit "then...we'll have to find a way to keep his hope alive.." Kenta looked at the house, it seems vacant for a few days the scents of anyone are mostly gone.

....but.. i killed her- a-and i can't bring her back... *has an idea* ... i-i do know someone.. e-er... something... that may help- but they're rare and have short lifespans.... I read that elementals can mimic others... what if we give them closure? i mean... we'd need an elemental- *looks down* ... and i'd somehow have to give the impression that i DIDN'T eat her...

Kenta smirks and nods "shame how you have such a cruel master but your so sweet when you set your mind to it" he ruffles her hair "so shall we all eat then we let him rest here while we go find what we need?"

*stomach squirms* ... s-somehow i don't think eating would be wise for me at the moment... but i'll sit with you- ^.^;

Kenta laughs a little as he walks into the house and starts making some food, "asteel can you help me cut the vegtables" Albel is sitting in the corner looking out the window. Kenta looks at him "you'll need to rest and eat if you want to regain your strength"

*nervously flutters and fidgets with her tail: momentarily remembering what it was like being human* ... o-of course- um... *obeys: mind lost a bit as she remembers her old job at the cafe*

Kenta notices asteel move and is surprised "looks like your not as fargone as your afraid you are" ALbel glances over then looks back out. Kenta finishes preping the meat and cooks it as he lets asteel finish the rest of the vegatables.

*suppresses her wings and tail: appearing human as they fade from view* ... uhm... *fidgets with her clothes for a moment* .... i... try to blend in... but it's hard when i can't touch anyone.

Albel smirks and chuckles "you touched me" Kentas eyes shine for a second as he smiles and pets Asteel then he sets the table for us including asteel and sets the food out on it.

*blushes a bit* y-yes, but i also nearly killed you in the process... i don't stop draining energy or heat... it's why my skin always feels cold to you.

Albel smirks as he slowly eats "but i'm not dead now am i" Kenta clears his throat "we'll be going out to help find medicine i want you to lay in that bed and rest you've been through a lot" albel nods as he quickly finishes his plate of food and drinks his juice then lays in bed. Kenta stands up and goes to the door as he watches albel go to bed "lets go"

s-should we leave him alone though-? what if sensei finds him-?
*worried, fidgets with her dress*

"there is nothing to gain out of killing him besides his energy is really low if anything he'll mix with the emptiness of the house" kenta walks out the door, "you know where to go to find the person?"

... w-well.. uh... given that elementals are rare... i-it's going to be difficult- we could try to buy a core off someone-! ^.^ w-we just need a seller.... (zin probably, since she is currently in possession of Naonna's core - even if none of us know it)

"heh i'd rather try to find one, someone that would have osmething so rare wont part with it easily" Kenta sighs (can't we just have a seperate naonna for this story line?}

uh... g-good luck with that... finding a swirling core of pure magic on a riverbank.... *tries to remember things from her time working at a human library* ...

Kenta scratches his head and thinks as he walks towards the river and starts to walk along it (there is one behind the cabin) "what about in a cove?" he curiously looks at asteel.

*runs to keep up* - uh- i-i guess- but you'd need to be able to get deep underwater.... *dislikes the thought of swimming without a proper swimsuit*

Kenta walks more along the river then stops as he points across the river as a cave entrace is visible with a rush of water going into it. "think we might find one there?" he looks over to asteel.

*gulps* .. i-i guess..
but i can't touch an elemental without draining and killing it- s-so you're on your own. - sorry... *ice forms at her feet from her hesitation and worry*
