Getting a bite (open)

Eliza chuckled under her breath. "I don't want anything from you. And I'm not going to hurt you either. No point in hiding." She said to her in a slightly gentler voice. "Anything wrong with me caring for one of my own kind? That boy seemed to be troubling you." She said dismissively.

"Well excuse me, I was just trying to help". I roll my eyes.

"Oh. I-I apologize miss." Serena went up from under the table. "I don't normally see another around here. You just shocked me..." Her voice trailed off. "Wh-what are you doing here... If you don't mind me asking, that is."

Eliza turned an icy glare on him. "That I didn't know until I listened in, which was all I was doing. I've been in similar situations." She said coldly to the boy, then looked at the girl. "Looking for something, excuse me someone, to feed off. Not that I'm interested in you." She said gently to her, but glared at the angel boy.

I shuddered and a sweatdrop trickled down my face. "It's official, this girl is the definition both creepy AND intimidating" I thought to myself.

"Right... Then why come to a shop when you can do that anywhere?" Serena ordered another glass and handed it to Eliza. "Here i guess..." Serena turned back to her aquantence tom. "Umm... Please don't worry about her." She shot Eliza a look and sat down back in her chair. She sighed and looked disapointed.

Eliza accepted the glass, sipping it. "I work differently." She said, then looked at the angel. "Yes, nothing to worry about. I'll be leaving town soon anyway." She sighed. She sat in a seat, not with the little vampire, but not that far away either, sipping her drink.

I sigh "Well, that's a relief...". My mind then begins to wander as I stare at a wall.

Serena shifted in her seat uncomfortable. She hated all this attention. "Work differently? What do you mean? You just walk in somewhere and yell out 'Who wants to die!!!?'"

Eliza chuckled into her drink. "Why, aren't you a rude one?" She laughed quietly, not even looking at him. "Silly little vampire. There is no need to kill your prey. Drink enough that it won't permanently hurt them, then leave. And I'm sure most of my prey would call me, charming if you know what I mean." She said, winking at the angel boy in demonstration. Good thing she was a pretty girl, or her methods wouldn't work.

I noticed the new girl wink at me. I blush a bit. "Erm...."

"Oh... Well then." Now she was really uncomfortable. "Tom you ok? You look... Pissed"

"Uh..." My face grows red. "Wrong emotion...". I then derp out for a second.

Eliza laughed. "See how it works? Your pretty enough. Could work for you too." She mentioned. "Look at me, all this talking and I haven't even given you my name. How unpolite. It's Eliza." She added, sipping her drink.

"Thank you for the compliment. Also my name is Serena." Serena was glad for someone to care for her but that didn't stop her anxiety. She felt as if she was put on-the-spot by two people. One didn't talk much and the other talked directly to her. /Oh what to do.../
