Exploring the Town.

Emi had been walking through the streets exploring a new area. She was terribly bored, and she didnt wanna go and ask someone to cure her boredom. The way she looked they might interpret it the wrong way. She went to a little store that sold miscellaneous things and started browsing with a complete and total bored look on her face. "This is too boring! Why is the only place that ever have something exciting going on the forest!" she yelled, only to draw even more attention then she ready had on her.

Atakashi looked up from browsing the antiques upon hearing a girl yell. He studied her face then her neck... Which reminded him, he hadn't fed in awhile. He shrugged and continued browsing, mumbling something inaudible.

Emi walked around a bit, not finding anything. She turned down another aisle, finding nothing she wanted. "Gross old antiques, why would anyone need those? Boring! This town wasnt worth coming to." she stomped her feet on the ground, and thought she was going to attract a crowd soon.

Atakashi looked up at her, looking blank faced. He peeked into the aisle she was in. "Would you please hush yourself?" He said, then went back to his aisle.

Emi walked around to him. She eyed him coldly, yet talked in a soothing voice. "Why does it matter? If i draw attention to myself so what? It wont matter..."

Atakashi sighed, looking up from his browsing. "Your pointless yelling is disrupting my browsing. I don't care about you wanting attention." He said, looking at an old book.

"Did i ever say i wanted attention? I dont like when people make assumptions about me. All i said was that it wont matter, that could mean anything. If i draw attention to myself i dont care, and if i disrupt your browsing so what!?" she kicked an antique down from a low shelf that he was looking at. She stared at him condescedantly, like she was god to him being a lowlife human.

Atakashi was starting to get pissed off. "Excuse me missy, you need to stop acting like a little child. Leave me alone." He looked her straight in the face. He looked down at her with his mid matched eyes, one red and one ice blue. The ice blue one flashed red.

"Now listen here, i dont care who you are, or what color your eyes are. I dont take orders well... You arent threatening and you wont be threatening. What if i wanna mess with you? What will you do? she pushed him backwards and laughed a little.

Atakashi growled, baring his fangs at her on accident. Once they were bared he didn't care. He didn't push her back though, he was a gentlemen. He stumbled slightly, regaining his footing quickly. "I recommend you back off." He growled.

She laughed. "Big bad vampire huh? Unless you have some holy water you couldnt hurt me even if i didnt use a single spell. Now please calm down..." she returned to her soothing voice and took three steps backward

Atakashi stopped looking threatening, his face looking emotionless once again. "Thank you, even though I'd most likely beat you in a duel." He said, and went back to the book he was looking at.

Emi looked alarmed. "You! Beat me? Ok..." she said with a sarcastic tone. She walked over to him. "Do you mind telling me what book you are reading...?"

Atakashi didn't even look at her. "The Time Before Darkness. It's about before the wars. After all, that's when it was written." He said, still reading. The book didn't seem to be written in any modern language.

"Wars huh?" she walked back over to where she was standing before. She had a confused look on her face. Well i dont know anything about wars except that people die in them... she giggled and looked through the shelves for something that didnt look like it was from the renaissance.

Atakashi disregarded her, happy to be able to finally read in peace. He kept reading unless she decided to talk to him again.

"Well arent you rude... Fine then!" she folded her arms and walked to the checkout after picking something off the shelves. "By the way, dont think ill forget youre face mister!" she yelled behind her back.

Atakashi laughed. "I don't believe I'll forget your annoying voice. Good day, m'lady." He chuckled, still reading.

Emi wanted to tear his head off just then. "You bitch, how in any way is my voice annoying? I have a beautiful voice!" she walked back over to him with the item, not purchased. "If anyone is annoying its you, you are rude and insolent and i dont like it!"

Atakashi didn't look up. "You, my dear, crave attention even if you won't admit it. Most likely from a less than attention filled childhood. Your voice could be pretty if you used it to sing instead of yell. Trust me dearie, I'm not normally rude, unless it comes down to a girl thinking she rules the world when she is simply an inhabitant of it." He said still reading, and flipped a page.

"Ok then... You have pissed me off." her face was red with both embarrassment and anger. "You have no respect. And i have no childhood, i was born just like this. And i have a mission, and i believe you will help me accomplish this mission." she walked toward him with a "your life ends now" look on her face.

Atakashi looked up and laughed. "My my, have I angered you? Excuse me, I'm on a mission of my own, and if you want to kill me you will find yourself the dead one. Rethink your decision." He said, putting the book back on the shelf. He stood to face her, no emotion on his face.

Emi decided to have a little fun with him. "Alright then. Ill rethink my mission if you help me get to know this area. Ive spent all my time in the forest i dont really know the town..." her thoughts were "Youre dead punk" yet her expression stated "I apologize for my deeds"

Atakashi picked up the book again. "Fine. Let me buy this book first." He said, walking to the counter. He quickly bought the book, then turned to her. "Let's go." He said, keeping his magic ready.

Emi walked to the doors. "Go on ahead..." she said with a calm and serene voice while opening the doors with a kind smile.
