Adeve sighed and sat crisscross at the river, taking in his surroundings. Not a person in sight, plenty of shade, and a cool breeze to blast the hot air from Adeve's skin. He leaned back on his hands and closed his eyes, smelling the fresh water a few feet away which trickled by in small hushes of waves. The grass blades dug into his skin pleasantly and he could taste what he smelled. It was a peaceful and quiet afternoon.
