Jake wanders the forest.

Jake walked though the forest in cheetah form, searching for prey. He was hungry, and really wanted a deer to show up. He sniffed the air, sensed the area nearby, but found nothing. He sighed, continuing to walk. He kept his head held high and his ears perked.

Emi walks though the forest her pen and pad in hand. She somehow had gotten lost in the forest, she was scared at first but she doesn't mind now. She treks through the forest not paying attention to her surroundings while she drawing the wildlife around her, not noticing that she took a step off ground and onto air at the edge of a cliff.

Jake traveled a bit longer, then he stopped. He had to be sure what he sensed was correct. A child? What was a child doing out here? He tracked it for awhile, then yelped with surprise as she started walking off a cliff. He dashed foward, reaching her in seconds, and pulled her away from the cliff by her clothes. After getting her a few feet away from the cliff, he dropped her, and backed up, panting.

Emi felt a sudden tug of her clothes "ahh" causing her to almost let go of the pen and pad she was holding. She sighs when she was dropped and looks up at you, where she was walking-then back at you. "Oh..thank you."

(Jake is in cheetah form just so you know)
Jake panted heavily from his sudden burst of speed, and simply nodded at her. "Be... More... Careful..." He told her, still breathing heavily.

Emi stares " A cheetah.." and backs away slightly. Then seeing as though it looks like it's not going to hurt her, she starts to draw on her pad, looking back up at you every now and then.

Jake kept panting, confused as to what she was doing. He laid down, watching her carefully. His amber eyes seemed to never move off her.

Emi continues to draw , continuing to look back at you as she does so. When she finished the drawing she smiles, and shows it to you. It's a picture of you, but only your face, it's amazingly detailed yet inked-no color. " You moved from your position so i couldn't continue..." she says in her small, childlike yet soft voice.

Jake blinked, sitting back up. "Alright..." He said. Cheetahs normally had spotted coats, but his was splotched and striped. He was called a king cheetah.

Emi presses a button on her pad which creates a clean page for her to draw on. She looks at you " please..stay still this time.." and begins to draw you sitting up, looking between you and the paper again.

Jake stayed as still as he could, not letting his tail flick or anything. He watched her carefully, still a little confused as to why the child was out in the forest.

Emi continues to draw and sketch for a while, staring at you some times, in order to get the accurate details correct. After she finishes , presses a button and looks at you. " You can move now.."

Jake let out a huge breath, he had been breathing shallowly the whole time. "Ok... What's your name?" He asked.

Emi stares at you " Emi..."

Jake smiles gently. "Hello. I'm Jake. Where are your parents?" He asked.

Emi looks at the ground " dead.."

Jake looked surprised. "Sorry to hear that." He said, looking at her gently.

Emi stays quiet, staring at the grass for to particular reason.

Jake slowly padded foward and curled up around her, trying to comfort her.

Emi averted her gaze from the ground and looked at you. She stared for a while before lifting her hand to your head and rubbing slowly-trying to pet you. She gives a small smile.

Jake purrs gently, trying to be nice. He half closed his eyes in comfort, still purring.

Emi giggles and continues petting you. ' His fur is so soft...'

Jake gently tickled her leg with his tail, smiling at her. He kept purring.

Emi stopped petting for a moment to laugh, being a very ticklish person " Hey..that tickles.."

Jake let out a merow of amusement. "It's supposed to. Let's play." He said, trying to take her mind off things.
