A warrior still lost

Arcus sighed as he took off his helmet and knelled down to the water splashing it on my face, "what more am I missing? i've searched everywhere but still nothing, did she really just vanish?" Sighs as he sits down near the water and closes his eyes "what can i do...no leads at all" Sighs to himself as he thinks.

*carefully watches him from a slight distance* ....who?

Arcus sighs as he looks in the water at his own reflection. "how...did you get seperated..." he gets up and holds his helmet in his hand as he looks out and notices a figure "hmm?..a girl?"

*manages to hide her wings and tail: appearing human* ... i uh- s-sorry.

Holds my helmet to my side as I walk towards her and think to myself "can't hurt to find out for some directions" looks out to the river then calls to the person "hey can you help me?" makes me way towards the person.

...i-i'd have to know what's involved....

Comes up to the person and sees it's a girl "well, not sure if you live out here or not but well have you seen a bright red haired girl that has been out here? she's..my sister.."

i- n-no- sorry... *gulps and tries not to sap his strength: keeping a slight distance* ... i-i'd still like to help if i can.... but um..... i don't do well around other people....

Looks at the girl curiously "hey..you alright?" quickly glances over her seeing no bleeding anywhere "you don't seem hurt"

.....just... i-i don't do well in public places.... personal stuff. - may i ask you to describe this person you're searching for? i-i fear that 'red hair' is a bit vague...

Nods as i reach into my coat and pull out a picture of a medium sized girl with a slender body a dirtied face and midlength hair "it's the only picture of her i have...she's been missing for a year now"

*appears somewhat troubled: wondering if she possibly could have killed the person in a blind loss of control, but pushes the fear from her mind, even if it's a possibility* ... i-i only can hope you find her... i fear i'll be of little help, even if i want to be.

He sighs to himself as he thinks "I see, then do you live around here? hopefully a place to safely rest there are a bunch of weird people out there"

i-i just wandered here recently- im sorry.. b-but um.. there was a town to the south... *mumbles as it's not there anymore: having lost control and left everyone as icy and soulless corpses*

Pauses and thinks for a minute "I see, can you take me there? she could have found shelter there" looks at the girl with a slightly skeptical look.

i-i uh... don't do well near people... *tries to make a horrible excuse to as to why she can't go along* ....but um... it's a straight line....

Appeared behind Asteel "please......ask me before you disappear....." I sighed, eyes closed . When unopened them I saw the human "this should be interesting....."

*worried she'll lose control* ....s-sensei- im sorry- i-i just wanted to talk is all-

I eye the man as i slowly go to put on my helmet. "I take it this man wouldnt know either" directing the question to the girl.

i-im sure sensei would be glad to help-

"Not interested...." I piped up, cutting her off "Asteel you have your 3 choices. Stay with him and kill him before you return... Come with me now... Or leave for good.... There a no asset in this man, merely as stronger soul to consume." I sighed glaring at the man, made of weak frail flesh"

I drop the helmet on my head and the eye of it flashes red for a second "a man made of flesh and bones and enough determination" quickly withdraws my gun and points it at the mans head "to find someone i care about, and i'll gladly put down anyone in my way, even you"

"You can try...." I laughed as I glared at him "I always did humans easy to kill......" I had a sharky grin as I waited for his next move.

p-please stop you two-! *speaks up for once* ... we don't have a reason to fight right now... *stands worriedly* ... i-i'll not disappear again, sensei- but please don't hurt him.

I sigh as i slowly put away my pistol as memories of my sister arise, the times she would complain while hunkered down in the bunker. Always philosophical at the worst times but she had a good point back then, I eye the girl and give a short nod. "I'll be going to that town you spoke of maybe I'll find her there, thanks" I turn and start to head towards the direction the town is in.
