Alicyn stopped smiling. "I might not. I travel a lot, but maybe I can wait. Depends on what comes up. I'll try to stick around though." She said, looking at the ground.

Alicyn laughed a little. "When are you leaving?" She asked.

"I was thinking tomorrow," Nikolai replied. "That way I can get back as soon as possible. Not that I don't like my family, it's just that I need to finish some jobs and get you that birthday present."

Alicyn blushed a little. "Be sure to enjoy the time you spend there." She told him, still looking at the ground.

"I'll be sure to," Nikolai replied. He then took out a comb and began scratching through his hair with it. "I'm surprised that I can keep this hairstyle for long enough. Most of my family have really long hair, and I'm thinking about growing mine out".

Alicyn giggled. "Do what you want. Its your hair. Im going to keep mine long." She purred, smiling gently at him. She swung her legs a little, like a kid.

Alicyn continued to look at the ground. "I'm a mercenary. I only kill those who have harmed innocents though." She said quietly, then slowly looked at him for a reaction.

Alicyn nodded, smiling a little. "Good. I don't want my next job to be coming after you." She laughed, teasing him. She tossed her hair behind her shoulder because it was greeting in her face.

Alicyn giggled a little. "Domt worry, if they have a problem with you, they have a problem with me. I don't take very kindly to people who try to kill me or my friends." She said, tapping her swords.

Alicyn couldn't help but bursting out in laughter. After a moment she quieted down. "That was a good one, you got me." She giggled.
