A place to rest[open]

I smile and say "Nice to meet you I'm Lailah. It is nice to talk not fight." I flex my wings slightly hoping no one would notice and stretch to see what Piro was looking at and see another demon but I don't say or do anything instead going back to nursing my coffee cup.

Sipping away on me tea whatch Lailah stretch hes wings a bit. -Did we meet in the war? Or we mist each other?
Thinking of the old days of war old memors yust pop up one after the other. I get a bit gloomy thinking of the friends i lost. I sake my head to shake about the old feelings.

I smirk a little "If we would have meet in the war you'd be dead and we wouldn't be talking now." I say before looking back on all my history regretting only a few moments truthfully. I pat the hilt of my blade before i lean back onto the wall.

Takes out my penn and starts playing whit it. A big smile cower my face. -You sure about that? Well at that time my appearance was a little different.
Take a look at Lailah's sword and consider that i seen it or not. -O what ewer the war is over and i dont have problems whit angels.
-Thats part of the reason of me becoming a outcast. Mumble to self.

*hid during the war: knowing she's rather worthless in a fight, looks at the angel: frustrated that someone so pretty can be so much stronger than her: knowing she herself only has looks to use as a means of feeding - and even then, not because she wants to* ... lucky.. *looks down, even as a side of her considers trying to confront the angel*

I sigh as I close my eyes "It's good you like angels... I don't want to fight more... so much blood." I finish off my bread wondering if anything would happen or if I should leave and find somewhere else.

*stands and hesitantly approaches the angel: fluttering* ... th-then how many did you kill? *troubled greatly, lashes her tail* ... the helpless ones too? (to herself, 'like me')

I look up at the obviously angry but scared demon "How many... that's hard to answer hundreds? thousands? and helpless... I never killed a civilian only the ones on the battlefield." I say before a sigh a heavy breath.

*narrows her eyes* .. d-don't you feel any remorse at all-? *sees the angel as a monster - even if she's the one who's the succubus* - or are you just a soldier who kills?

"Remorse... yes I feel guilt at what I've done but only now but back during the war I didn't I was a soldier." I say looking her in the eyes "What about you? How much blood is on your hands from the war?"

..i-i hid... *regretfully looks away: remembering her urges forcing her to consume human lives* ... a-and....i'm not a soldier...not willingly...

I raise my eyebrow as I look at her "Good... It's good you didn't fight. You can't imagine the strain of war... Anyway would you like to sit and talk?" I smile slightly hoping to make another demon friend.

*still angry, but controls herself and sits uncomfortably: twitching her tail* ....d-don't think i've forgiven you yet. - i-i just don't want to have to fight you. *gulps quietly*

"I don't expect every Demon to forgive angels... but individuals like yourself I try to talk to and make amends with all the species." I pat the hilt of my sword before speaking again. "I don't want to fight anyone ever again... but I know I will eventually."

I look up at the little succubus and smile. -We did the same as the angels. We killed many too.
I take a deep breath and continue. -Killing and seeing your friends die is not some thing you like you just try to endure it and end it as fast as you can.
Take another deep breath and stay silent for a minute to respect the deads.

...i-i kill because i'm forced to... i-i don't get why that makes me the bad one...why angels should hunt demons just because of our instincts. *looks down at herself: still regretting the humans she's consumed - more than she would like to admit*

"So did I... I had my orders so I followed them to the letter." I say before grimacing "I learned and lost in the war." I draw my sword and toss it on the table "I've had this blade since basic training all through the war too... I still carry it for the memories it carries good and bad."

Unable to sleep, I head back down to the bar and sit down, as far away from everyone else as I could. I look around and notice that the angel is with 2 demons now. She seems to be enjoying herself.

I look up form my prayer. -If it's your instinct to feed on humans i may be able to help you to keep it in control but its only a temporary solution.
I take out a little crystal from my pocket and give it to the little succubus.
-Take a look on it.

*confused, looks down at it: a deep part of her wanting to just let the instincts run wild, but her human-half keeps it in-check* ...w-what's it do? *looks at the angel: wondering just how much she knows about her strain of succubi, or what the crystal is*

I look at the crystal she holds in here hand "Hmm... rare little thing." I say as I trace my fingers across the hilt of my sword looking between the two and furrowing my brow.

I glance behind myself to see what they are doing, finding the 3 of them interesting to watch. I haven't seen on of those crystals for some time, makes me curious how he got one. "Bartender, can I get a beer?"

-Its crystallized energy. It has some ways to use. Humans use those things to generate electricity. But for us demons and for angels too its a way to recharge without feeding on other living people. It's pretty rare to find big ones.
*I hold up the crystal to the two to see it better.* -Try to feed on it a bit. Its small but i think it would help.

*hesitant, tries draining it a bit: noting that, while her hunger doesn't go down - it's easier and less harmful than finding a human or other who may be hurt - hugs the crystal close* ... i'm grateful-! *has a bit of hope she may end up passing as a human one day if she can control her urges*

I look to Piro and say "How did get our hands on one of those?" I then look to the succubus "Take care with that it's very precious to some."
